With us you can choose from different packages in the field of key holding so that you receive the services that you deem necessary.

For example, you can choose to only keep the key in case someone needs it when you are not around. In addition, it is possible to determine the frequency of the inspection rounds from 2 weekly to monthly. In this way we try to deliver as much customization as possible in our services to our customers.

We will keep you informed after we have inspected your property on the following points:

  • Leaks
  • Moisture in the house due to lack of ventilation
  • Windows and doors
  • Lamps, if broken, we replace them at cost price
  • The condition of your furniture
  • Presence of vermin
  • We flush toilets and let the taps run so that the odor nuisance is limited.
  • If desired, we scan your mail and mail it to you.
  • We are available to provide access to third parties. (Maintenance, repairs, etc.)
  • During our visit we air every room in your home to prevent moisture problems.

Reception and point of contact for you and your guests.

When you rent out your home it is important that your guests are welcomed in a correct and hospitable manner. Moreover, it is important that they receive an explanation about matters relating to your home. That is why it is possible that we receive your guests and are available to answer any questions they may have. This so that when you are at a distance know that things are properly arranged and you do not have to worry.

At the end of your guests' stay we will guide the departure, we will then inspect the property together.

In case of calamities and questions, your guests can call us and we will look for a solution for the situation.

For the "Meet and Greet" € 25 is charged per turnout. For this it applies that these take place between 08: 00 and 20: 00 hours. If these take place outside of these times, there must be consultation about this and additional costs will be charged.

Transportation from and to the airport.

When you or your guests need to be picked up or brought in, we can take care of this in many cases. The costs of this will be agreed with you in advance and of course depends on the travel distance.

To ensure that you or your guests lack nothing on arrival, it is possible to order a welcome package / cleaning package.
