Due to the growth of our company, we are looking for a new addition to our sales team in Guardamar!

For our international clientele we are looking for an experienced sales advisor who can help our clients find and purchase a new home on the Costa Blanca. ProCare Estates is a young, dynamic organization where we make the difference with an eye for detail.
As a sales advisor you are responsible for following up on incoming leads. By listening carefully to the needs of the customer, you are able to make the right match in the wide range of homes. Schedule appointments for the field service. In addition, you take new homes into your portfolio, make a presentation of the home and thus further expand our portfolio.

Job requirements:

• You get energy from reaching the finish line with your customer with your knowledge, commitment and motivation
• You are proactive, result-oriented and have sufficient market knowledge
• You speak Dutch, English and preferably also French
• You enjoy building on the growth of ProCare Estates together with an ambitious team
• You live in the region of Guardamar
• You have your own transport
